VIBSL will no longer be able to provide you services if this consent is withdrawn.

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY. “YOU” AND “YOUR” SHALL REFER TO THE CUSTOMER LIMITED TO CORPORATE ENTITY, BRANDS, FIRM, USERS, SELLERS, OTT CONTENT PROVIDERS, PLATFORM PROVIDERS, PARTNERS, VENDORS, AFFILIATES, HOLDING COMPANY OF VODAFONE IDEA BUSINESS SERVICES LIMITED’s PRODUCTS AND SERVICES/ VI SHOP MARKETPLACE PLATFORM/ VI MOVIES & TV MOBILE APPLICATION/PLATFORM , “WE,” “OUR” OR “US” SHALL REFER TO VODAFONE IDEA BUSINESS SERVICES LIMITED (hereinafter ‘VIBSL’).

The Information Technology Act 2000, its subsequent amendments, and The Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 includes extensive definitions for Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS) and Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 its subsequent amendments and rules . • facilitate your payments
• respond to your technical query

• to send periodic e-mails to respond to your inquiries, questions, and/or other requests and keep you informed about our latest products, services and offers and that of our carefully selected third parties .

b. VIBSL may share your Personal Information with Sellers for enabling/fulfilling the provision of digital products/services of the Sellers to You.
